Full Stack Software Engineer

What would I do all day?
We're growing like crazy and your job is to design, implement and scale our frontend and backend software applications. This includes:
  • Bringing in your technical expertise in discussions together with the whole product team
  • Designing and developing core functionalities for Seatti's full-stack application
  • Continuing to build a secure and rapidly scaling cloud infrastructure
  • Integrating with Microsoft products and beyond
  • Initiate knowledge sharing and foster collaboration within the tech team
As we are still a small team in an early-stage startup, your responsibilities will naturally go beyond just programming. If you want, we'd love to involve you in the development of our long-term technical strategy, hiring, management and anything else you find interesting.
Who exactly are you looking for?
Good question! Generally, we know we’ve found a great match with you if you recognise yourself in most of these points:
  • You enjoy working with Node.js, Typescript, React, GraphQL, and Postgres
  • You’ve gained experience working with GraphQL / REST APIs, NoSQL databases
  • You have knowledge of software design patterns & architecture
  • You understand unit, component & E2E tests
  • You have a working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Even if you don’t tick all of these boxes, we would like to encourage you to apply nevertheless!
Nice-to-have’s:
  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, QA
  • Eye for UI / UX details
  • Experience with Microsoft Integrations (Azure, Teams, Active Directory etc.)

Our Interview Process - quick and easy

  1. A relaxed first 20-30 minute get-to-know-you conversation with Paula, you can get your first questions out and we'll get to know you a little better.
  2. Tech Assessment: We don’t want to add a lot of work load, but in this assessment we’ll check your tech skills and knowledge.
  3. Meet our co-founder and CTO Moritz! Have a deep dive with Moritz so he can ask you more detailed questions about your role and suitability.
  4. If all goes well and we all like each other, the final step is a short interview with acouple of team members, so that you can see who you'll be working with.
