What would I do all day?
The move to hybrid work during the pandemic brought about flexibility for employees that was unimaginable before COVID. But with the flexibility, many things we took for granted in our 5 days per week in-office past slowly disappear. Employees come to empty offices and it is hard to reconnect to your colleagues, build teams, create cohesion and feel the company culture. Many executives fear loss of productivity, innovation and employee retention problems. Quiet quitting is one of the early symptoms.
Rather than abandoning the hard gained flexibility by forcing the employees back into the office, we help corporates getting hybrid work right. As a Product Designer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Product Team along with the Product Manager and Engineers that drives innovation. - Researching and formulating hybrid workers' user problems (Getting insights through user interviews and quantitative analysis, identifying and validating pain points)
- Design intuitive, technically feasible and graphically scalable solutions (Ideate solutions, create interactive wireframes, user test them)
- Help delivering features by quality testing the designs of developed features
- Continuously improve user experience (Follow-up on qualitative and quantitative success metrics & proactively identify areas of improvement in the product)
