What would I do all day?

The move to hybrid work during the pandemic brought about flexibility for employees that was unimaginable before COVID. But with the flexibility, many things we took for granted in our 5 days per week in-office past slowly disappear. Employees come to empty offices and it is hard to reconnect to your colleagues, build teams, create cohesion and feel the company culture. Many executives fear loss of productivity, innovation and employee retention problems. Quiet quitting is one of the early symptoms.

Rather than abandoning the hard gained flexibility by forcing the employees back into the office, we help corporates getting hybrid work right. Employee wellbeing, satisfaction and productivity are interconnected. We are convinced that hybrid work can be meaningful, engaging, productive and liberating ... when it is done right. As a Product Designer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Product Team along with the Product Manager and Engineers that drives innovation. User centric, data driven and leveraging tomorrow's technology, we make the Future of Work a reality today.

You will be working in a multidisciplinary product trio (PM+Design+Lead Dev) your job is to design the employee engagement platform that hybrid teams love.

This includes:

• Researching and formulating hybrid workers' user problems (Getting insights through user interviews and quantitative analysis, identifying and validating pain points)
• Design intuitive, technically feasible and graphically scalable solutions (Ideate solutions, create interactive wireframes, user test them)
• Help delivering features by quality testing the designs of developed features
• Continuously improve user experience (Follow-up on qualitative and quantitative success metrics & proactively identify areas of improvement in the product)

Who exactly are you looking for?

We are looking for A-players. How do we recognize one? It is her/his passion and way of thinking. And for the Product Designer position you need to bring the following skills to be able to succeed:

• User research: You know how to source users, empathise with them, conduct insightful user interviews and analyse behavioural data. Relevant methodology includes: expert critique, fly on the wall, problem interviews, user testing, personae, user mapping etc
• UX/ UI design: You have extensive experience in designing well thought through design concepts, user flows and high quality product mockups in Figma, developing and maintaining a design system.
• Communication: You have a talent in communicating with users, business and engineers. Open to challenges, you know how to harness collective intelligence of the product team (PM, Design, Devs) to get from many ideas to the best solution.

Nice-to-have’s:

1. Copywriting skills and experience.
2. Previous experience with SaaS platforms and business models (ideally B2B).
3. A good professional level of German.
4. A penchant for Brand design
